The ionantha fuego can turn bright red when it comes into bloom, hence its name. The flower is purple and remains for a few days during the bloom. After blooming, pups can grow on the side of the plant, you can carefully twist these off the large air plant when they are large enough.

Care: Spray the air plant once or twice a week with rainwater or our nutrient spray. Make sure the air plant gets enough indirect sunlight and fresh air.
